Who I Am

I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and an auntie mommy.

My why is fueled by the desire to start loving myself wholly and taking care of my family. Think about what flight attendants tell you before every flight: put your own mask on first, then help your children. That instruction exists because it's true. You cannot take care of the people you love most if you are running on empty.

For a long time, I was running on empty. And I know I'm not the only one.

Why I Built This

I was done with the doctor loop. Done with prescriptions that led to more prescriptions. Done with artificial hormones, microplastics, and ingredient lists I needed a chemistry degree to understand. I wanted something clean. Something honest. Something that actually works with your body instead of overriding it.

So I started looking. And what I found was that the most effective options were also the simplest — two ingredients, not twenty. Sourced from places with a story worth telling. Formulated by people who care about what goes on your skin as much as what goes in your body.

I'm building Settled Body alongside Alicia, a formulator with a proven track record — thousands of units sold, real results, real reviews. We're not starting from scratch. We're starting from proven, and taking it further. Creating products that don't just make you feel soft and smell good — they make you feel good.

Both were built because I needed them and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
